The service

MoneyMistri reads the GST invoices and bills you upload, extracts and validates their data, and prepares TallyPrime-compatible vouchers that you review and sync. It is an automation and visibility tool for your books — it is not a chartered accountant, tax advisor, or filing service, and it does not replace professional advice.

Who can use MoneyMistri

MoneyMistri is a business tool. You must be at least 18 years old and use it for your own business or your clients' business accounting. It is not intended for children, and you must not upload a child's personal data or use the service on behalf of a minor.

Your account and responsibilities

• You must only upload documents you are entitled to process.
• You are responsible for reviewing extracted data before it reaches your books — the product is built around that review step, and what you approve is your decision.
• Your GST filings, tax positions, and statutory compliance remain your (and your accountant's) responsibility.

How we handle the data in your documents

The invoices and bills you upload contain personal data about third parties (your vendors and customers). For that data you are the data fiduciary and MoneyMistri is your data processor under India's DPDP Act: we process it only on your instructions and only to provide the service — reading, validating, and preparing it for your books. We do not use it for our own purposes, we keep it secure, and we delete it when you delete your account. You confirm you are entitled to upload each document and to have it processed this way. Plans, trial, and billing

The Starter plan is free. Every paid plan starts with one free month — no card required. Paid plans are billed monthly in INR at the prices on the pricing page, scaled by GST registrations and monthly invoice volume. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Accuracy

AI extraction is highly accurate but not infallible — that is why every document passes through a review screen before anything is exported or synced. We do not guarantee that extracted data is error-free; we guarantee you the tools to catch and correct errors before they reach Tally.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoneyMistri's liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made on the basis of data you approved during review.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (bulk scraping, uploading unlawful content, attempting to breach other users' data). You may close your account at any time and request deletion of your data at support@moneymistri.com.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
