Trusting an AI number means knowing where it came from, that it adds up, that a person signed off, and that it actually landed. MoneyMistri builds in all four.
Trace every field to its source
Every extracted field and line item records where its value came from — AI extraction or your own edit — with a confidence score, shown right next to the original bill in review. No black box: you see the number and where it was read from.
Deterministic checks, not AI guesses
Before a bill reaches you, rule-based checks run on the GST logic and the arithmetic: GSTIN checksum, IGST vs CGST/SGST, intra- vs inter-state mode, totals consistency, line-item math, and HSN format. These are fixed rules — not a second AI opinion.
A human approves before it lands
Nothing syncs to Tally automatically. A document has to clear validation and your review before it can be exported or posted — and that gate is enforced on the server, not just hidden in the UI.
Verified into Tally, not assumed
After a voucher is pushed, the connector reads it back from Tally to confirm it actually posted, then records the Tally voucher number. Success is verified, not hoped for.
Every change is on the record
MoneyMistri keeps an append-only audit log. Every edit records who made it, the before-and-after values, and when — alongside upload, export, and sync events. The AI model used for each extraction is logged too. When a number is questioned at filing time, the record is there to answer it — not a reconstruction from memory.
That trail is what turns “the software did it” into “here is exactly who changed what, and from which bill.”
Your clients' data, handled carefully
- Encrypted in transit. Everything moves over HTTPS — between your browser, our backend, and the connector beside your Tally.
- Never used to train public models. Bills are read by an established AI provider under commercial terms. Your data is never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never used to train public AI models.
- Kept as long as your account is open. Your uploaded bills, the structured data we extract, and generated export files stay in your account for as long as it is open — so your records are always there when you need them. You can download a full copy of everything, or delete your account and its data, whenever you want. Audit logs are kept for one year.
- Tally stays on your machine. The connector talks to your Tally only on your own computer. MoneyMistri never reaches into your Tally on its own.
